Slovenia is hosting the world’s most prestigious event in the field of high-rise wooden buildings, which attracts more than 1,000 participants from all sectors of the built environment, as well as policymakers and standards-setting bodies.
It showcases global best practices in wood engineering and architecture with the aim of promoting the sustainable transformation and development of the construction sector. In 2022, the conference will also focus extensively on the renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration of existing urban buildings using wood-based technologies.
The conference will take place at the crossroads of three distinct cultures, where the forests of the East meet the construction technologies of the West.
