During the meeting of the NALAS Committee held in Bursa (Turkey) on 17 November 2011, François Saint-Ouen presented the first results of a survey he realised in September on the opinion of its members about the usefulness of this network of associations of local authorities of South-East Europe.

Broadly speaking, the degree of satisfaction for the services received from the network is high.

But the commitment of the members could be reinforced. In the same line, the Mayors of the 12 NALAS member countries should be more closely associated to the work of the network.

During the same meeting, the Committee decided upon the date of the next General Assembly, to be held in Prishtina (Kosovo) on 29-30 March 2012. The FEDRE survey will be on the agenda.
